David Jones is a mission-driven leader with a proven record of advancing community development, economic opportunity, and organizational success across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. As Founder & CEO of Diversity of Thought, Inc., he built and scaled a leadership consulting firm operating in six states, delivering high-impact workforce development and strategic culture programs for corporations, civic organizations, and government agencies. He previously led regional training and organizational development initiatives for Best Buy’s Southeast territory, ranked #1 nationally in outcomes, and served as Director of Resource Development for United Way of Brevard, strengthening partnerships and philanthropic engagement across the region.
David serves as Chairman of the Board for the Greater Palm Bay Chamber of Commerce and has held key leadership roles across chambers, civic committees, and economic development initiatives. Come mingle and jingle at Daytona Beach AdFed's Tinsel and Tushies- Holiday Social and Diaper Drive! This year, we'll be collecting diapers to support the Junior League of Daytona Beach's Diaper Bank. Enjoy small apps, light beverages, and some festive fun

- Bring diapers to donate (all sizes welcome!)

Painting Oysters at the Oysters and Blues Festival
Looking for some Holiday FUN?!? Dunes Brewing in Port Orange will be having their Oysters and Blues Festival, Saturday, December 6th starting at Noon and AFF Daytona Beach, will be there! AAF has 300 oysters generously donated by the Marine Discovery Center, all cleaned and pre-drilled, ready for you to unleash your creativity with “Paint Your Own Oyster Ornaments.” Come support the group while creating a lasting memory!

PR Unplugged: Student Addition Luncheon
We're excited to announce our April luncheon, a special partnership with FPRA and the Bethune-Cookman University Vision Student chapter. This event offers a unique opportunity for professionals and students to connect and learn from each other. We're combining the best of previous luncheon formats with the popular speed networking from 2024, creating a dynamic experience. Expect speed networking sessions, skill swaps, and engaging career conversations, all designed to foster mentorship and growth. Join us to share your expertise with local university students, gain insights from Gen Z, and support the next generation of PR and advertising professionals. The event will take place in the Graduate Seminar Room at Bethune-Cookman University's Center for Civic Engagement.
