As Founder & CEO of Diversity of Thought, Inc., he built and scaled a leadership consulting firm operating in six states, delivering high-impact workforce development and strategic culture programs for corporations, civic organizations, and government agencies. He previously led regional training and organizational development initiatives for Best Buy’s Southeast territory, ranked #1 nationally in outcomes, and served as Director of Resource Development for United Way of Brevard, strengthening partnerships and philanthropic engagement across the region.
David serves as Chairman of the Board for the Greater Palm Bay Chamber of Commerce and has held key leadership roles across chambers, civic committees, and economic development initiatives. Recognized for his collaborative approach and ability to bring people, sectors, and ideas together, he is a trusted advocate for advancing economic growth, organizational culture, and community resilience across the Space Coast

We're excited to announce our April luncheon, a special partnership with FPRA and the Bethune-Cookman University Vision Student chapter. This event offers a unique opportunity for professionals and students to connect and learn from each other. We're combining the best of previous luncheon formats with the popular speed networking from 2024, creating a dynamic experience. Expect speed networking sessions, skill swaps, and engaging career conversations, all designed to foster mentorship and growth. The event will take place in the Graduate Seminar Room at Bethune-Cookman University's Center for Civic Engagement.
